INGREDIENTS:
Electrolyzed Oxygenated Water (H2O) 97.75%, Sodium Magnesium Fluorosilicate 2.2%, Sodium Chloride (NaCl) 0.038%, Hypochlorous Acid
(HOCI) 0.0085%, Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCI) 0.002%, Hydrogen Chloride (HCI) 0.0015%
INDICATIONS: Zenoptiq Hypochlorous Acid Gel is intended for cleaning and removing foreign material and debris from the application site and care of minor irritations to the skin.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Using a lint-free pad or swab, moisten pad or swab with gel. Close eyes and gently apply to eyelids and eyelashes using a side to side motion. Use one pad or swab per eyelid. Use twice daily or as often as recommended.
WARNINGS: For external use only. Do not spray directly into the eyes. If condition persists or worsens for longer than 7 days, consult a health care professional. Keep out of reach from children. Consult your physician before use if you have a medical condition or are taking any medications.
STORAGE: DO NOT FREEZE. Store with cap closed tightly after each use at room temperature (65° F-75° F) away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not use past expiration date printed on bottle.
STABILITY: Product has a shelf life up to 18 months from date of manufacture when stored at room temperature (65 F-7 5 F).
DISPOSAL: No special disposal considerations required.
